Privacy notice

What this notice covers

This notice covers the Armday website at armday.fit. The Armday iPhone app is not released yet and will have its own notice.

What the site does not do

There are no accounts, forms or email sign-ups. The site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it loads nothing from other companies: the fonts, images and one small script all come from this site.

The free PDF

The workout plan is a direct file download. You do not give an email address or any other details to get it.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the page or file you request, the time, and your browser details in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Cloudflare handles that data under the Cloudflare privacy policy. Armday does not use it to identify visitors.

Changes

If the site starts collecting anything, this notice will say so first.
